The Borges Labyrinth has opened to visitors Friday 11 June the Borges Labyrinth opens for the first time to visits, accompanied by the new evocative music by Antonio Fresa, performed and recorded with the Orchestra of the Teatro La Fenice. We remind you that online booking is mandatory.
1) Giorgio Cini Foundation with the view of Borges Labyrinth, immerse yourself in beauty
The tour of the Foundation with the Labyrinth, lasting approximately 50 minutes, includes the view over the Longhena Stairway, the visit to the Palladio Cloister, the Buora Cloister, the Refectory with the Wedding at Cana, the photograph room and the view of Borges Labyrinth. An itinerary combining art, architecture and nature. (We remind you that the Foundation Libraries will remain closed for safety reasons and that the visitors must always wear the surgical face-mask all the time you are in closed areas)

2) Wood with the Vatican chapels, the architecture of enchantment
The tour of the Wood with the Vatican Chapels lasts approximately 50 minutes, during which you can walk through the wood and experience the fascination of the Vatican Chapels, the installations of the Vatican pavilion which were created for the 2018 Architecture Biennale, as you listen to the audio guide with the original soundtrack composed by Antonio Fresa.

At the 16th Biennale, the Holy See participated for the first time in the International Architecture Exhibition with a multi-site pavilion on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore: 10 architects of proven experience each designed a chapel in the atmospheric wood of the Giorgio Cini Foundation. A place so rich in artistic and spiritual inspiration could not possibly leave a sensitive musician and composer like Antonio Fresa indifferent. The musical project is produced by D’Uva with Adesiva Discografica, for the Giorgio Cini Foundation.
